At ALADDIN, The Great Yorkshire Pantomime we want all our patrons to have a fun time, and importantly a safe time. We continually monitor Government guidance on Covid-19 and have been planning our event in accordance with that.
Entry to The Tented Palace
We will implement socially-distanced queuing at the entrance, as necessary.
We will have clearly marked In and Out lanes at the entrance.
Patrons will be encouraged to use hand sanitisers as they enter and leave the site.
All patrons over the age of 11, unless medically exempt, will be required to wear face coverings.
Food and drinks will be available from the Grand Foyer and we will post further details closer to the event.
We will have tables and seating beside the food stalls and bar which will be socially-distanced, and wiped on a regular basis.
There will be a garden area outside the Tented Palace.
Seating in the Grand Theatre has been reduced from 2,500 seats to 976 in order to comply with the Government’s current social distancing regulations. Our social distancing policy has been specially created by one of the country’s leading experts in this field who has advised many of London’s West End theatres.
A one-way system will operate in the theatre which will be clearly indicated by both signage and our ushers.
We will be using mobile individual Portaloos which allow for social distancing and will be regularly cleaned.
Customers who are accompanied by children are responsible for supervising them at all times and ensuring they follow social distancing guidelines.
Perspex screens will be installed at box office, tills and food service areas.
We will use ‘put down - pick up’ as much as possible, rather than passing goods hand to hand.
There will be signage around the site reminding visitors of the 1m social distancing rule, and hand gel stations.
Face coverings can be purchased on site.
All staff will wear face coverings and regularly use hand gel.
Contactless payments are encouraged at ALADDIN, The Great Yorkshire Pantomime.
You should not visit ALADDIN, The Great Yorkshire Pantomime if you feel unwell or have any of the symptoms of Covid-19. We will refund your ticket upon proof of illness.
